There are a lot of career options both for unskilled and skilled welders in the welding industry. Generally, the welding positions are given as per the capability of the welders’ skills. Skilled welders have enough experience in handling welding machines. They know to perform welds using different welding processes. Due to this, the construction, aerospace, and automotive industries employ them.
Unskilled welders perform work that does not require special skills. They normally work in industries like steel, shipbuilding, and manufacturing.
Certification is necessary for getting a job in most industries. They should have certification in the welding positions like 1G, 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, 6G, etc. They need to prepare so many questions and answers for the welding exam. All the basic concepts of welding should be cleared
The monthly salary of welders varies from place to place and industry to industry. Skilled welders earn more than unskilled ones. However, the welders having hands-on advanced equipment have a more earning scope. The salary of welders is supposed to increase due to the lack of finding qualified workers.
The main factors which affect monthly salary are competition in the market, level of skilled welders, the volume of manufacturing activities, salary trends, etc. Welders willing to work in remote parts have more jobs with a good salary.

All teacher in this training centre are very friendly toward their student. Some time our teacher pay for our food and we eat together like we are friend. They also teaching us welding like we are their child. Thanks PHCDC for inviting and accepting me in welding program.
